Perkasa Alam Teungku Abdullah Syafi, better known as Teungku Lah (12 October 1947 – 22 January 2002) is a GAM military figure. He served as Commander of the Free Aceh Movement. He was born in Seuneubok Rawa, a remote village in Bireuen, Aceh on 12 October 1947.[1] He studied at Madrasah Aliyah Peusangan, Bireuen, and studied religion at several pesantren in Aceh.[2] Before joining GAM, he was involved in Jeumpa theatre troupe.[3]
