The 2023–24 season is the 22nd season in the existence of Oud-Heverlee Leuven and its fourth consecutive season in the top flight of Belgian football. The club is taking part in the domestic league as well as the Belgian Cup.

By reaching the Quarter-finals of the Belgian Cup, the club equalled their best ever result, only reaching that stage once before. In the league, the club struggled all through the season, only jumping out of the relegation play-offs in the most dramatic fashion as Nachon Nsingi scored in the dying seconds of the final match of the regular season.
